Meet the staff

Jennifer Kashani Motlagh

Administrator

Jennifer was born in Spokane, Washington. She attended the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Microbiology. She was an officer of the Biological Sciences Honorary Society and an active member in the German Club.

During her undergraduate years Jennifer traveled to Europe many times and even attended the Eurocenter Language Institute in Koeln, Germany. After graduation, she moved to Germany, where she attended The Schiller International University in Heidelberg and earned her Masters of Business Administration in International Business. Jennifer completed some course work toward her Doctorate of Business Administration at Nova University’s Heidelberg cluster site prior to moving back to the United States in 1994. She began her professional career in the Insurance Industry as a Third Party Administrator of Workers’ Compensation. With her husband’s assistance she started Midwestern Associates, LLC, a practice management company. As part of Dr. Keyhani’s team, she is responsible for accounts payable and receivable as well as managing the overall day to day activity of the business so the office staff can focus on patient care.
